Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities at a beautiful new 120-bed facility located in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves working within a variety of units, including Adolescent, Adult, and 55+ Geriatric populations. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to float to different units as needed.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Days
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Uniform: Royal blue scrubs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Behavioral Health/Psychiatric nursing experience
• Experience with de-escalation techniques; familiarity with Handle with Care or CPI preferred
• Proficient in EHR documentation using WellSky and medication management systems like Omnicell
