Is the traveler aware that they must float amongst other WellStar campuses in the area (floating guide available – please let me know if you need it)? If this is not a float pool position, floating will only be required if the census is low at their home facility, then the traveler would be sent to another campus (within 20-30 min) instead of cancelling them all together. I the traveler rejects the float offer, they will not receive their guaranteed hours and could be cancelled. 4. Does the traveler understand that they can’t request/require block schedules?
