Job Description
Join a specialized Level IV NICU team in Columbus, Ohio, for an 8-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. This assignment is designed for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse who is comfortable caring for complex neonatal patients, providing frequent tracheostomy care, and partnering closely with parents throughout extended hospital stays.
The schedule is three nights per week from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with every other weekend typically required. Travelers may float to the PICU, CVPICU, stepdown, medical-surgical, ED on rare occasions, BPD NICU, and other nearby campuses according to staffing needs. Appropriate assignments and facility orientation will be provided. This is a focused opportunity to bring advanced NICU experience to a team where every night matters.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of Level IV NICU experience and 2 years of total Level III/IV NICU experience, along with an Ohio nursing license, BLS, and NRP. Two references are required at submission, including at least one manager- or supervisor-level reference.
