Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active and in good standing)
• Demonstrated experience as an OR nurse, with knowledge of various surgical specialties
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure surgical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and adhere to all compliance standards
• Document procedures and patient responses thoroughly
