Job Title

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care / ICU setting with expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 (ICU) and 1:3 (PCU)
• Float between units as needed, including potential float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location
• Maintain compliance with scheduling expectations, including working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment
• Hold and maintain a valid Registered Nurse license meeting facility and state requirements throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU / Critical Care RN experience required
• Valid Compact RN license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted under alternative terms)
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Facility does not accept candidates with Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and PCU environments
• Familiarity with high-acuity critical care patient populations
• Prior travel nursing experience in a similar acute care setting
