Key Responsibilities Drive sales & build relationships by connecting with customers and meeting sales targets. Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences. Learn and grow through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. Collaborate with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Foster inclusion & respect by cultivating an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues. We’re Looking For Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus. Sales savvy and strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience. Fashion‑forward with an interest in eyewear and fashion trends. Self‑motivated & adaptable; resilient in a fast‑paced environment and eager to learn.
