Join Our Team Responsibilities Review drawings/specs, work closely with the architect and general contractor Calculate take‑offs Put together cost estimates and bid packages Develop a close relationship with vendors Work closely with chief estimator and manager Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years experience estimating in the construction industry Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project 1-2 years of AutoCAD knowledge Strong focus on drafting/technical drawing Well versed in Microsoft Office Team player with the ability to be trained Open to hands‑on work Experience in working with sheet metal is a plus Polish speaking a plus Bend metal wall panels Use of machinery cutting aluminum extrusions Use of AXYZ router table that cuts, routes, and punches holes into panels Use of impact driver drill and rivet gun Work closely with supervisor Work in a team environment, helping co‑workers move material Must bring basic tools to work each day 2-5 years in a warehouse environment (metal shop a plus) Proficient skills operating hand tools and power tools Proficient speaking and writing in English Forklift experience is a plus Practical AutoCAD knowledge Produce files for CNC machining Team player with ability to learn quickly and take direction Open to hands‑on work in the shop Salary negotiable based on qualifications.
