Occupational Therapy Assistant

description : Provides prescribed occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists, including geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric and neonatal rehabilitation as well as splint follow-ups and other medical conditions. Works under minimal supervision and may mentor and train staff on technical skills. requirement : Day Shift - start time any time between 7:30am and 9am, M-FEducation and Work Experience:High School Education/GED or equivalent: RequiredAssociate?s/Technical Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combination of education/related experience: RequiredTwo years' rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education: PreferredTwo years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy Assistant: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
