About the Role

The successful candidate will have direct accountability for major security audits, certifications, and regulatory examinations, and must be adept at leading complex security assessments and remediations. Experience in establishing and maintaining security controls across multiple cloud providers, as well as a strong background in security operations, incident response, and resilience, is essential. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should possess a strong knowledge of cloud security, software security, identity, data protection, and cyber resilience. The role requires the ability to communicate security matters effectively at the board and executive levels and to represent the company as a trusted security leader in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in security leadership within a large healthcare technology company and experience with AI security, governance, and acquisition integration. Responsibilities also include developing and executing a multi-year cybersecurity strategy, ensuring security is integrated into all technology capabilities, and preparing the company for future security challenges.
