ServiceNow ITOM Dev
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) Duration: long term

Requirements:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and Domain Separation
- Strong understanding of CMDB data model and extension for requirements
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflows, web prototypes, and solutions design
- Familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and local data centers for ServiceNow Discovery
- Proficiency in using Mid Server, web services, email, and integration technologies with ServiceNow
- Experience in vulnerability management, compliance, and integration with cybersecurity requirements
- Strong communication, task prioritization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Configure, set up, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery for cloud and on-premises environments
- Design workflows, web prototypes, and technical solutions within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with IT Process Architect, Business Analysts, and IT teams to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and administer the deployed ServiceNow instance
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs for vulnerability management
- Customize configurations to automate vulnerability scanning and remediation
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for vulnerability compliance metrics
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in vulnerability management and ServiceNow development
