*Responsibilities:*
As a Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will:

* Represent clients in various litigation matters, including probate, trust and estate law, elder abuse cases, and business disputes.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic counsel to clients.
* Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver outstanding legal services.
* Be familiar with TEDRA

*Requirements:*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active membership of the WA and OR State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
* Minimum of [3] years of litigation experience, with a focus on probate, trust and estate law, elder abuse cases, and business litigation.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
