Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to fulfill parts orders
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
• Provide technical support and product information to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or industrial supply preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery parts
• Ability to operate inventory management systems and POS terminals
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
