The role involves advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of environmental regulatory, permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation matters. Counseling clients on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance issues at the federal, state, and local levels. Representing clients before governmental and administrative agencies involving environmental and land use matters. Advising on remediation projects, redevelopment initiatives, and environmental risk management. Assisting with land use approvals, permitting strategies, and compliance obligations. Providing environmental due diligence support for corporate and real estate transactions. Supporting environmental enforcement actions, disputes, and related litigation matters.
