You will oversee all aspects of sales and operations of office and warehouse associates. Full-Time Salary: Up to $225,000 per year The schedule is from 6:00 AM till done,Monday - Friday. You will: Participate in the development of the annual operating plan in direct alignment with Company goals. Full P&L ownership in the development and preparation of the yearly budget and KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments. Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies (loading, unloading, slotting, accuracy, performance, etc.). Participate in the development and implementation of service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expenses. Hire, coach, and manage disciplinary actions with Operations staff. Participate in monthly sales meetings with outside sales representatives; assist in sales rep management and analysis of accounts, as requested. Maintain and cultivate relationships with key customers. You have: College Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years of experience within the industry, managing warehouse and office staff You are reliable, personable, and enjoy building relationships while leading from the front lines Experience integrating multiple warehouse locations is a big plus We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
