Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Decatur, GA. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role supports patient care in an acute hospital environment and requires clinical proficiency with respiratory therapy protocols and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing with the State License Board.
• One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in a hospital/acute care setting.
• Familiarity with mechanical ventilators and arterial blood gas interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or CRT, preferred.
• Experience with critical care or trauma patients, preferred.
• Prior experience working night shifts, preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 3x12 NOC (night) shifts.
• Shift hours: 0000-2400 (12-hour night coverage).
• Assignment location: Decatur, GA hospital setting.
