Financial Advisor

Voya Financial Advisors is seeking entrepreneurial Financial Advisors to help individuals and families achieve their retirement and financial goals. In this role, you will focus on serving clients within the tax-exempt market, including educators, healthcare professionals, nonprofit employees, and public-sector workers. This is an opportunity to build and grow your practice while leveraging Voya's established brand, resources, retirement expertise, and comprehensive product platform. Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through comprehensive financial planning. Provide retirement planning, investment, and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs. Educate clients on retirement readiness, asset accumulation, income planning, and risk management strategies. Prospect for new business opportunities and cultivate referral relationships. Conduct individual consultations, seminars, and educational meetings. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements. Collaborate with internal partners and support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Qualifications FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) preferred. Life and Health licenses preferred. Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or retirement planning. Strong relationship-building and business development skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
