Ensures incident reports are completed timely, accurately, and case managers are informed; examines the individual following the incidentEnsuring all medical equipment is maintained and report faulty equipment to Durable Medical Equipment for repairOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proof of current license as an Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing from the state(s) of practiceCurrent Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certificationAbility to work in a home-like settingBe able to bend stoop, push, pull, sit, and walk for periods of timeAble to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting 50 poundsKnowledge of individual service plans, including understanding of client rights and health needsMust have completed post secondary coursework to facilitate licensure as an Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational NurseAbout our Line of Business:Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
