Technologist Responsibilities:
- Fills out the tech worksheets completely.
- Performs all required exams under services provided by Innovative Women’s Healthcare Solutions (IWCHS )
- Responsible for keeping Mammography suite stocked and clean.
- Attend and Coordinate meeting as necessary for the Mammo Facility at IWHCS.
- Maintain compliance with the state and Federal standards for their particular entity.
- Obtain Ce credits to maintain your license.
- Ensure patients are referred to appropriate place/doctor for any follow up imaging.
- Inform patients of the results of their exam when appropriate.
- Ensure patient comfort and address any questions or concerns.
- Making sure the patient is properly prepped for the ordered exam.
- Must be familiar with the weekly QC requirements
- Licenses and certifications
*BCLS-Basic life support upon hire required
