Responsibilities
Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location/work environment: In facility
Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will adapt to the needs of each patient, support their independence, collaborate with peers, and ensure the highest quality of service.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
- Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
Salary
USD $30.00 - $30.00 per hour.
