Pediatric Physical Therapist Location: Homecare across Westchester County, NY. Occasional virtual sessions available. Status: Fee for Service and/or Full‑Time opportunities available. Hours: Flexible hours. Compensation: $80 – $120/hour. Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience, license and certifications held. The position posted may be either full‑time or fee‑for‑service (FFS) depending on the current caseload, and this arrangement can vary and is subject to change. Responsibilities Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations. Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
