Physical Therapist (PRN)

Physical Therapist PRN PositionWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a PRN role with an outpatient clinic in Flagstaff, AZ. You will cover PTO and sick time, support continuity of care for an older-skewing patient population, and collaborate with a PT, PTA, and PT Tech team.Minimum Requirements:Valid and active Arizona PT state licensure required to start the position.Clinical Doctorate (DPT) preferred.Experience in outpatient setting preferred.Ability to manage scheduled 30-minute templates and adapt to double-booking when required to meet productivity expectations.Comfort working in an operational model with PT and PTA independent schedules supported by a PT Tech.Minimum expectation to manage approximately 60 patient visits per reporting period when covering; typical clinic averages ~63–65 visits for a 40-hour FTE.Coachable and collaborative team approach aligned with clinic's established model.Ability to use the shared EMR and communicate (direct message) with clinic physicians.Position Details:PRN scheduling with variable hours to cover PTO and sick time.Potential for additional compensation through extra shift bonuses and production-based incentives.Location HighlightsFlagstaff offers access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and a four-season climate.
