Your expertise will directly influence our growth and capital strategy, making a lasting impact on Spectrum’s direction.How You’ll Make an Impact   Collaborate with finance and business leaders to develop and implement growth strategies through acquisitions and investmentsAssist with all financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions including evaluation, negotiation, documentation and post-merger trackingEvaluate, execute and monitor venture capital investments and joint venturesSupport due diligence on acquisitions and investments, assessing financial health of vendorsCreate business plans, valuation models and board materials for executive presentationsAnalyze capital allocation, structure and impact on leverage ratios, cost of debt and liquidityExecute large-scale debt and loan transactions, conduct share repurchase programs and enhance process efficiencyWorking Conditions   Office environmentExposure to moderate noise levelsWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or EconomicsExperience   2+ years in Investment Banking, preferably in TMT sector coverage or M&A2+ years in Private Equity or Venture Capital2+ years in Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Big 4 Transactional Audit Accounting or equivalent ConsultingSkills   Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressureClear oral and written communicationTeam working orientation and relationship buildingIntellectual curiosity and willingness to learn finance and negotiation skillsDemonstrated business judgment and advocacyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAdvanced Excel skills for financial modelingHigh attention to detailPreferred QualificationsEducationMBA or Law degreeSkillsUnderstanding of Accounting and Finance theory and practiceCPA, CFA or equivalent with practical experience Interest in media, telecommunications and underlying technologiesAbility to manage external relationships such as investment banks and entrepreneursPresentation skills for business leaders#LI-JR4 FFI505 2026-75781 FFI505 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
