Job Responsibilities Prepares, sets up and serves hot and cold food items needed for customer meal services. Performs basic cooking duties. Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and dishes. Maintains and sets up work area; restocking all items as needed Assists with other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Prior experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to recognize food items which are unsuitable for service. Ability to safely utilize commercial cooking and preparation equipment Understand and apply basic sanitation and storage principles. Required to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions. Possess a pleasant, respectful and enthusiastic manner toward others.
