Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Financial Advisor at Oxford Advisory Group. You will join either one of our fastest-growing offices or, based on need and skillset, open a new office location. A Lead Financial Advisor will be responsible for bringing on new clients by meeting with vetted prospects at pre-booked, in-person appointments. The advisor is responsible for conveying the benefits of using Oxford to close new business. High-quality office space, robust technology, and pre-vetted in-person warm leads are provided. Responsible for meeting with new prospects and transitioning them to clients. This role is suited for an advisor with the passion and skills to close new business. Training is provided on our meeting process with proven results. We aim to give our advisors all the tools needed to close new business. Responsibilities Bring on new clients by meeting with vetted prospects at pre-booked, in-person appointments. Convey the benefits of using Oxford to close new business. Meet with new prospects and transition them to clients. Utilize high-quality office space, robust technology, and pre-generated warm leads to support the sales process. Participate in training on the meeting process with proven results and apply it to close new business.
