Distribution Associate (Case Picker – 2nd Shift) Location:Redlands, CA Schedule:2nd Shift |2:00 PM – 10:30 PM(40 hrs/week) Pay:$19.50/hour (W2) Type:Contract/Temporary Openings:2 Job ID:172896 Overview We’re hiringDistribution Associates / Case Pickersto support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role requireshands-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experienceand strong accuracy with case picking. What You’ll Do OperateElectric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)for case picking and material movement Read/interpretpick tickets, labels, and order documentation Usehandheld scanners / RF devicesto pick and track product accurately Follow establishedSOPsand quality/safety guidelines Use additional material-handling equipment as needed (ex: forklifts, conveyors, handcarts) Maintain basic records and communicate effectively with leads/supervisors Requirements (Must-Have) 2+ yearsexperience operating anElectric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Provencase picking accuracy(speed + attention to detail) Comfortable withRF scanners/handheld devicesand reading pick tickets/labels Ability toread/write Englishand perform basic math Ability to lift/move50+ lbs Safety shoesrequired Hiring / Screening Drug test required Interviews may bephone and/or onsite Work Environment Moderate-to-loud warehouse environment Temperature varies (hot summers/no AC; cold winters/limited heating) Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after90 days 401(k) with company matchavailable after1 year Interested?
