Robert Half client is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a real estate property and facilities management environment. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is well suited for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping communication and administrative tasks running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling incoming calls, managing mail flow, and assisting with general office coordination in a part-time capacity.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, and team members.

• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls efficiently, and take accurate messages when needed.

• Respond to inbound inquiries with courtesy and route requests to the appropriate department or contact.

• Sort, distribute, and organize incoming and outgoing department mail to support daily office operations.

• Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area that reflects a positive and organized office environment.

• Assist with client appreciation efforts by helping coordinate small events, communications, or hospitality-related tasks.

• Provide part-time front desk coverage while supporting routine administrative needs across the office as needed.
