As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in OMAHA, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support daily site operations. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play an important role in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document entries, exits, and deliveries according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting conditions related to access points, restricted areas, and other security-related concerns.
• Support employee, visitor, and contractor movement through screening, direction, and policy guidance while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
