Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise and delegate care to staff as appropriate.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining staff competency and resource management related to patient care.
