About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic leadership and management of all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and operations to ensure the effective and efficient management of the company's human resources. This includes overseeing talent acquisition and development, HRIS, professional and leadership development, legal and regulatory compliance, and performance management. The CHRO will also be the key administrator for labor relations, employee engagement, benefits, and compliance with immigration and payroll issues. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior HR role, with a focus on strategic HR management.
