Anesthesiology Opportunity - Bismarck, ND

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians.

• 4:1 Medically Directed Staffing Model
• 10 Anesthesiologists and 31 CRNAs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Do not work on Sanford recognized holidays
• Full-time or part-time Anesthesiologist to  support the services.of the Outpatient Surgery  Center
• This opportunity offers an excellent work-life  balance in a collaborative environment
• Annual compensation of $475,000 for 1.0 FTE
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be  paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will  be subject to a contractual agreement  specifying all details)
• 10 weeks of vacation per year for a 1.0 FTE
• Flexible employment options – open to full-time  or part-time candidates
