The Brand Marketing Specialist serves as a primary marketing resource for Franchise Members, providing guidance and support to help drive local business growth. This role partners directly with Franchise Members to identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and execute programs across multiple channels, including email marketing, websites, social media, SEO, SEM, direct mail, and other business development initiatives.

Working closely with internal marketing teams, agency partners, and Franchise Members throughout the U.S. and Canada, the Brand Marketing Specialist helps maximize the effectiveness of local marketing efforts, drive lead generation and customer engagement, and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Essential functions

• Franchise Member Support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Franchise Members, providing proactive, responsive and high-quality marketing support.
  • Manage marketing help desk inquiries / cases, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Provide strategic guidance on local marketing programs, campaigns, and best practices to help Franchise Members achieve their business goals.
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans for Franchise Members, providing strategic recommendations that drive local business growth and strengthen brand presence.
• Program Support & Execution
  • Support the development and execution of local marketing and lead generation programs across multiple channels.
  • Track and analyze Franchise Member participation in marketing programs and campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
