Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.***Audi San Diego* has an opportunity for a *Service Manager*to join the Holman family**Compensation:** Base Plus Commission, $180k-$230k per yearThe Service Manager is responsible for the performance of our service business, while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees. In this role, the Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service staff. You will work hand in hand with the General Manager to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.**What will you do?*** Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance* Coach, develop, engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations* Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department* Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty* Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance* Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations* Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones* Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges* Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service**What are we looking for?*** 3 to 4 years of experience running an automotive service department is required* Audi or High-line experience is a plus* People oriented, earn customers and employees loyalty with a positive and energetic personality* Ability to build strong teams and lead by example* Desire to recruit, coach, train and mentor service staff to exceed their goals* Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment* Strong written and verbal communications skills#LI-RL1**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
