Job Details Job Location: Miners Ace Hardware Goleta - Goleta, CA 93117 Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category: Retail We are looking for: Happy people who enjoy working with others and helping customers. Levels 1-3 = $18.50-$24.00. Levels are based on performance. Our mission is to create an innovative retail environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work. Qualifications Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work. Willingness to learn. Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team. Basic math skills for operating a register. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
