Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm that represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in nine (9) states and nationally through a network of law firms. The firm seeks a full-time Paralegal for its growing California civil litigation practice in Del Mar, California. This in-person position will report to the Director of Litigation and collaborate with other legal assistants, attorneys, and staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Draft and file complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings in California Superior Courts Maintain client files and court documents via our case management system Assist with management of court calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules Manage communications with clients, court staff, and local counsel Qualifications 1+ years' experience with civil litigation in California Superior Courts Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Location Del Mar, California Salary $31.00 to $35.00/hour depending on experience Benefits 401k with employer match medical insurance dental insurance vision insurance paid time off training and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Aubrey Thrasher
