NOW HIRING! Helpdesk Administrator

Pay: $26–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Fully Onsite – Los Angeles, CA 90026
Position Type: Temporary (2–3 Months)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator for an immediate temporary opportunity. This role will support daily IT operations, user access management, helpdesk ticket resolution, and hardware administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user and computer accounts within Active Directory
• Ensure appropriate system access in accordance with company policies and security standards
• Track, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve helpdesk tickets while meeting SLA requirements
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot printers
• Maintain printer inventory and collect quarterly usage data
• Track project progress and updates through SharePoint
• Manage purchase orders from initiation through completion and documentation
• Provide technical support and educate users on IT products and services

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-faceted IT environment
• Experience with Active Directory, SharePoint, and helpdesk ticketing systems required
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
