The Selling Branch Manager leads a small sales team of 1-5 staff, driving both new client acquisition and existing client retention to achieve business growth. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role is pivotal in executing sales strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong customer relationships within the branch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong customer relations to enhance retention
- Manage branch budget and resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Drive business development initiatives for growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
