Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $44.00 - $56.50

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with occasional weekend shifts required).

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent bodies.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations for residents under a medically approved Plan of Care.
• Implement teaching tailored to the resident’s needs and context.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating the ongoing quality improvement process.
• Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for residents and colleagues.
• Supervise relevant team members.
• Oversee physical therapist assistants as directed and in accordance with departmental policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide timely feedback as assigned.
• Perform additional related duties as necessary.
