Furniture Repair Technician

Our client, a leading organization in furniture restoration and logistics, is seeking a Furniture Repair Technician to join their team. As a Furniture Repair Technician, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting the furniture repair and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Furniture Repair Technician Location: Olathe, KS Pay Range: $25 $28 depending on experience Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6am - 3pm What's the Job? Diagnose basic to moderate furniture damage and determine appropriate repair method Perform repairs including burn-in fills, wood touch-ups, and frame stabilization Assist with refinishing furniture- sanding, staining, and polishing as needed Reupholster or repair minor fabric issues such as seams and stuffing Replace or repair furniture components like legs, arms, handles, hinges, etc. What's Needed? 1-2 years of experience in furniture repair or a related trade Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Physically able to lift and move items up to 75 lbs What's in it for me?
