Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Guest Coordination in Chicago IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location you will serve as a welcoming professional presence for tenants visitors and employees. You will manage access monitor lobby activity and security-related systems respond to inquiries and help address incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
• Greet and screen visitors verify appointments and credentials issue visitor passes and direct individuals to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity access control systems cameras and communications equipment; report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs incident documentation and front-desk records while supporting a professional and welcoming building environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
