Communications Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Dynamic Content Creation: Develop and support content across formats: press releases, articles, social media posts, website content, video scripts & presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas and narratives into compelling visual presentations and multimedia assets. Communications Operations: Improve our workflows by maintaining file systems, manage distribution lists and subscriptions, and support weekly/monthly reporting processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams to uncover compelling stories and improve visibility for communications initiatives. Performance Analytics: Work with the communications team to track and report results across public relations, content performance, executive visibility, and social media to help shape future strategies. YOU HAVE: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Writing or Marketing or related field. 2-5 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, digital media or a related field. Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving trends, tools, digital platforms and guidelines. Strategic Approach: Ability to connect communications activities to broader business goals and growth strategies. Storytelling Excellence: Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate them into engaging written and visual content. Content & Multimedia Expertise: Background in video production, presentation design, journalism, public relations, or corporate communications with a blend of writing, digital and visual skills. Collaborative Approach: Skilled at working across teams, breaking down silos, and uncovering meaningful stories. Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
