Manager Trainee/Multi-Site Coverage (Minnesota Area)

Full-time opportunity. Responsibilities Basic mail service and or copy/print shop support Handle a variety of office services including reception and filing Move from site to site to provide coverage for employees who are out sick or have scheduled time off Adapt to varying office environments based upon customers' business Provide superior level of customer service to existing and prospective clients Work full time; flexible shift dependent upon client requirements Assist and provide solutions to client questions and problems Maintain regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and a flexible mindset Perform other related duties as assigned Demonstrate willingness to gain business knowledge to progress to Site Lead/Manager Travel to all sites within an assigned territory; reliable transportation required Qualifications Ability to multitask Working knowledge of email, Excel and Internet Explorer Ability to work at a high level Ability to lift 50 lbs Must cover sites in Minnesota to include Minneapolis, St Paul, St Cloud, and Eden Prairie Willingness to obtain skills required to be promoted to a site lead/manager as the business continues to grow Previous management experience preferred, but not mandatory Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr VERA Security, Inc.
