About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized occupational therapy plans to improve the functional abilities of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address the rehabilitation needs of our residents, and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.
