CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician II for a full-time, second-shift opportunity in Kalamazoo, MI. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who can help maintain, repair, and support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Perform equipment repairs and adjustments to minimize production downtime.
Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other maintenance tools safely.
Complete assigned work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.
Support equipment installations, repairs, and improvement projects as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
Dependable attendance and ability to work a full-time second-shift schedule.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift.
