About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to serve as the senior strategic leader for a premier mixed-use asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the asset, including asset-level strategy, financial performance, and cross-functional leadership to ensure best-in-class property operations. This role involves providing enterprise-level oversight, leading the onsite team, and being the primary liaison with the institutional partner. The VP will also be tasked with driving disciplined execution, maintaining a high-quality experience for all stakeholders, and leading the leasing and market strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on retail and/or mixed-use environments. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in asset management, property operations, and strategic oversight of complex real estate assets. Financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and business planning, is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, be adept at identifying market trends, and be capable of translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance the asset's performance and competitive position.
