Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in coordination with educational teams
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student plans
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student success
• Provide resources and guidance to staff and families to generalize skills across academic and home settings
