The shift is 07:00-19:00, ID 63991728, on the 3rd floor. Unit details: 3 NorthPost Partum / (660). Approx. 80 staff on the floor including 1 charge RN, 2–3 CNAs, 9–10 RNs per day. Night shift staffing is similar. Patient ratios are estimated at 3 or 4:1. Equipment: Main computer system – CPN EMR; Meditech / CPN. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital postpartum/mother‑baby experience. Current BLS and NRP certification. Preferred: Travel RN, flexibility with schedule, adaptability to new situations. Typical Procedures: Monitor vital signs and administer medications. Manage perineal care. Educate parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding. Personal Qualities: Compassionate, patient, team player. Strong communication with staff and providers is essential.
