Aviation Site Civil Project Manager – Frisco, Texas Garver has been designing projects for more than 250 aviation clients for six decades. Our Texas Aviation Team is dedicated to providing the expertise and leadership needed to assist clients in meeting both current and future airport development needs. Responsibilities Site feasibility and conceptual planning Drive coordination and design for aviation clients Perform periodic onsite construction observation duties Construction Administration Submit reviews for projects under construction Detail-oriented and a team player with solid self-initiative to meet deadlines Development of Plans, Specifications, Reports, Estimates, and other technical deliverables Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program PE license 5+ years of related experience with site civil design, permitting, applicable software applications Deep working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Design experience that includes drainage, grading, and utilities Experience with due diligence, permitting, and jurisdictional coordination Experience with task management, concept, design, and project management tasks Strong written and oral communication skills with both internal employees and external clients Some travel may be required (approximately 10% with occasional overnight stays) Preferred Skills Airport-related experience Managing budgets Developing project schedules Benefits Garver offers its employees company-paid professional memberships, support for industry licenses, continuing education opportunities, highly competitive salary packages, attractive benefits, and a comprehensive wellness program that promotes a healthy work–life balance.
