Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24$26 per hour, based on experience

Shift: TuesdayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

What's a typical day as Medical Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, patients, and family members with professionalism and compassion
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Managing front desk operations, visitor check-ins, and general inquiries
• Coordinating mail, deliveries, and office supplies
• Assisting with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (required)
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Can multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Have experience in a healthcare, medical office, or hospice setting (preferred)
