About Cove Dental Care We're a privately owned, two-location practice in Greer and Easley built around prevention-focused, relationship-based dentistry. Our office is owned and operated by Drs. Adam and Neely Carraway. We're looking for an experienced assistant who wants to settle in long-term and grow with us. What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance for restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans (we use modern digital workflows), and clinical photos Set up and break down operatories with attention to sterilization and infection control Document accurately in Open Dental Communicate with patients in a way that builds trust — explaining what's happening, what's next, and why it matters Support the doctor and the restorative team in keeping the day on schedule and the patient experience exceptional What We're Looking For 3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Confident with four-handed dentistry, digital radiography, and digital impressions DANB certification preferred; SC Radiology certification required Strong sterilization and OSHA knowledge Calm, organized, and genuinely warm with patients A teammate — someone who notices what needs doing and does it without being asked Open Dental experience is a plus but not required What We Offer A 4-5 day work week with predictable hours Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan Continuing education support — we invest in our team's skills Uniform allowance A leadership team that listens, a clear path for growth, and a culture where your work is seen Modern equipment and a clean, well-run office (not a place where you'll be apologizing to patients for things that should already be fixed) #J-18808-Ljbffr GetHired, Inc.
