Long Beach Amphitheater Food & Beverage - Server

Server – Long Beach Amphitheater Legends Global (operating under ASM Global) seeks a Server to provide exceptional guest service in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat areas of the Long Beach Amphitheater. All positions at the Long Beach Amphitheater are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment. Responsibilities Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction. Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations. Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium. Assist service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Possess knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to interact with co‑workers and assure compliance with company service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Read, speak, and write English. Can lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Available to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Sufficient mobility to perform required production tasks (reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling for extended periods). At least two to three years of experience in a fast‑paced high‑end club or restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
